Or if you are after a venue that is laidback with an amazing pine forest, make sure that you check out the Valhalla Restaurant wedding venue!

Jessica & Tim

Imagine your partner writing your vows for you! What would you "promise" each other? Jessica and Tim did precisely that for each other! The result was a mixture of laughs (pizza every night for dinner?) and a. promise of unending love.

Kaitlin & Samuel

‘Relaxed’ was the word of the day, as the ceremony set the tone for the rest of the wedding, and it was exactly the way Kaitlin and Samuel wanted it!

They were relaxed, ready to try anything – one might refer to as fearless bride and groom. You will see in the photos below what I mean when I say “fearless’. And I thank Kaitlin and Samuel for allowing me to push my creativity to get some amazing wedding photos at Birubi beach and Stockton sand dunes.

Kaitlin and Samuel immediately fell in love with Valhalla’s rustic charm and chose it as their wedding venue. “There was a lovely rustic feel about it, as well as it was very laid back.” Kaitlin heard about Valhalla Restaurant weddings through one of her donors from work who also got married at Valhalla.

‘Relaxed’ was the word of the day, as the ceremony set the tone for the rest of the wedding, and it was exactly the way Kaitlin and Samuel wanted it. ” We wanted it to have a lovely and relaxed family feel about it. My celebrant made it funny and inviting for everyone. I think everyone had a good time and a laugh.”

After the wedding ceremony, we slipped away for a while to Birubi Beach to get some couple photos. As you will see, Kaitlin’s wedding dress got a bit wet! I must say I was nervous, but thankfully, Kaitlin took it all in her stride! The day was saved by the Birubi Point SLSC for cleaning the dress.

Congratulations Kaitlin and Samuel! It was really a great day, and thank you for trusting me and choosing me as your wedding photographer! I hope the photographs reflect the fun day that it was. Thank you!
