Frequently Asked Questions
What is included in the coverage time?
The coverage time starts when the photographer arrives and is continuous until the departure time capturing all that is happening in between. Generally, to give you an idea, your coverage looks something like this:
3-hour coverage - Generally suitable for intimate and smaller weddings. The photographer will meet at least one of the future weds for their preparation, capture the ceremony and have family/friends and couple photos session. Alternatively, we can meet at the ceremony, have the family/friends and couple photos session and the canapés or beginning of reception.
6-hour coverage - This should allow you to have both of your getting ready captured, ceremony, family/friends and couple photos session, canapés and beginning of reception.
8-hour coverage - A complete coverage of your wedding day when we can have plenty of time for the couple’s preparations, a longer photo session after the ceremony, another mini couple session at sunset/dusk and the reception until the end of the formalities.
10-hour coverage - is the ultimate coverage! You don’t want to miss a thing so it covers everything that an 8 hour coverage does and goes right to the end of the reception and the departure of the newlyweds.
Can we add a second photographer?
Absolutely! And not just any photographer. Angel, with whom you’ve been speaking, is the studio’s full-time second photographer. If you’re planning a big wedding and think that you may want a second photographer, Florent and Angel will personally capture your wedding day. We’ve been working together for many years, allowing us to tell your whole story from different perspectives.
Are all the weddings we see here from real weddings?
Yes! We know that it is very common for wedding photographers to present styled shoots as their wedding portfolios. Styled shoots are done under conditions that the photographer fully controls: professional models, no time constraint, no stress, no change of weather and a lot of take 2s! Unfortunately, they do not accurately represent the ability of the photographer to work in real-life situations or the quality and style of photographs that will be delivered to a client.
We are proud that all the photographs you see on our portfolio were taken from real weddings with couples just like you. So what you see is what you get!
How long after the wedding do we get our wedding photographs?
We are just as excited to present you your wedding photos as you are to see them! Your contract will say four to six weeks, but we aim to get them to you even faster. Most of the time you won’t have to wait that long and your photos will be ready a few days after the wedding.
Do you offer wedding albums?
Absolutely! We don’t lose sight of the fact that your wedding album should serve your memories for many, many years. With this in mind, we’ve done extensive research on albums made with the finest materials that are guaranteed to stand the test of time. This is why we choose to work with Queensberry. We love that they take quality, craftsmanship and photographic preservation seriously. Queensberry wedding albums also have that restrained, elegant look that will remain classic in the future.
