“Adventurous and fun-loving with a zest for doing life and travel together” is how Bianca describes herself and Marcus as a couple. When asked why they chose the Southern Highlands Winery for their wedding destination (aside from the fact that the Southern Highlands is, hands down, one of Australia’s romantic locations), it is their love for life’s good things the main reason behind it.

“We love our wine – most of our anniversaries are spent at a winery (including Marcus’s proposal)! We are also both Italian and wanted an Italian themed wedding, so we chose this vineyard as it has Tuscan decor and feel, owned by an Italian. Also because we love the country and our honeymoon was in Tuscany so it all came together well!”

There were a few tears shed during their ceremony, as they reflected on their journey as a couple, at the same time lots of laughter. “We wanted a ceremony that was intimate with a lot of love and definitely some humour to keep it light hearted.”
